ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Acts as the single point of contact for customer inquiries and questions that include, but are not limited to, deliveries, schedules, and production status;
– Supports daily production meetings PSM2 and take actions;
– Utilizes MRP system (Action messages) to plan production orders in order to fulfill stocks and customers’ needs on time, ensuring production efficiency

– Follow up on late deliveries and communicate this information back to the internal / external customer;
– Coordinates all activities associated with backlog clean up (past dues) including, but not limited to calling customers to cancel or reschedule partials or full orders. These activities must be performed daily;
– Manages customer stocking programs (when applicable) and minimize inventory while maximizing On-Time Delivery;
– Validate or re-allocate parts in stock to customer orders in order to optimize customer service / relationship and the performance of the site in terms of On Time Delivery and past due aging;
– Review and print pack slips, ASN’s, enter invoices;
– Follows established LISI policies standards , practices, and procedures as applicable;
– Responsible for complying with the rules and regulations of LISI Aerospace, and HSE Procedures;
– Review orders on the production floor (where assigned) correct errors when found and communicate to applicable area supervisor;
– Provide opportunities for improvement when identified;
– Perform any other duties as required by management, in line with qualifications and experience.
– Two years of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience;
– Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the logistic/planning field in manufacturing;
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
– Ability to manage critical situations, and manage customer expectations;
– Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Word Microsoft Access, and ERP applications;
– Team worker with interpersonal and intercultural competencies;
– Problem solver, hard worker and dynamic person.
